Every day of the retreat you’ll be able to enjoy yoga sessions with Ajanta, a holistic therapist and naturopath with decades of experience. As someone with a deep belief in the positive transformation that yoga can bring, Ajanta will be on hand to share her deep knowledge in morning and evening yoga sessions. We’ll begin the retreat with a one to one consultation with an analysis of your tongue and pulse to find your own unique temperament and treat you with a tailor-made plan according to the Unani Greek hippocrates Naturopathic Medicine.
As well as daily yoga, we’ll also spend time exploring beautiful Corfu. We’ll take a sailing trip on a catamaran, go to the beach and follow mountain paths on a guided hike. All levels of fitness are welcome for what will be the perfect combination of gentle exercise, wellness and relaxation.
